Exclamation help me identify these parts

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these triple clamps and this stabilizer mount piece. I have seen a stabilizer kit from ohlins that had a similar piece, but nothing else really. These clamps look aftermarket to me, but have no markings at all. They were on my 2000 xc300 when i bought it.

That collar looks identical to the collar I had with my Scott's damper on my 2002 XC300. Of course, it would work with the GPR as well, I would assume.

The triple looks aftermarket, with the bolt holes in the top clamps I would say it's drilled for a damper, either a GPR or a Scott's.

I have some Scotts clamps from that year bike and they don't look like that. They are a dark grey color and have distinctive machining marks that are not visible in these pictures. Emig clamps were typically blue but they usually have an Emig identifier on them.

The clamps have no marking at all from what i can see. The collar piece/stabilizer mount thing does have a marking but it was where all the chrome chipped off and the only text that i can make out is the remnants of a 2 with a little 11.3 printed behind it in a bubble, i've been looking at scotts dampers and can't find anything that looks similar. i have a feeing if i find what brand of top clamps those are, it will help me find the matching stabilizer.
