The 76mm piston is a Wiseco from Eddie Sanders Racing part number 11505M07600. Wiseco will not sell them to you directly. The application is a big bore for an Honda ATC250. You will need to clearance the bottom of the piston to clear the cases and to match the case transfer port side windows. You will also need to cut down the power valve to clear. Last but not least you will need to weld and recut the head. http://www.eddie-sanders-racing.com/...ston-kits-.htm 76mm was about as big as I could go on the GG 300 cylinder. It was really close and did not leave much margin between new bore and the inner head o-ring groove. As I recall he said he had to cut the base of the cylinder about 1mm. I set a 250 cylinder on a 200 one time and took a photo. I lost my measurement but as I recall the piston was about 0.04 to 0.045 low in the hole at TDC. |

A 2003 TXT 250,
a 2010 TXT 250 pro, and a few weeks ago a brand new 2010 EC 250 Racing (will need a bit of help with jetting, since I'm not happy yet) which is a fantastic bike so I'm a Gas Gas fan !!

Complete bikes: I'm down to just a few Gassers right now.
2000 XC200 2002 Pampera 280 2004 EC300 2006 DE300 2011 EC250e At least, that's all my personal GasGas bikes. Then, there's the Husaberg, Yamahas, and Huskys.
