seat seems to stick out on the sides??
I bought the '04 used. It had what appeared to be the original aluminum subframe. It has what I Think is correct air box. But the air box seems narrow at the top and the seat edge sticks outwards of the side plastic on the right side and the airbox on the left. My '00 the plastic is flush with the seat. Since buying the '04 I have changed the subframe and the seat base (for other reasons) and the fit is still the same. Is this something the '04's did or is there a possibility the air box has been changed and is affecting fitment? It is a side access air box. It bugs me every time I look at it

Pics would help so I could compare it to my 2003. Mine do stick out a little.

Similar to Eff's pic. I'll try to post a pic but it probably won't happen before Sunday or Monday. Maybe I'm being too picky? My '00 fits like it's a Mercedes.
