I dont think so, i had to add two extra gasket 0,5mm or else it would leak..
This problem whas the same before the impellor.
I never had any problem in the winter because cold.
But when it is over 20 celsius its getting hot, when slow tough riding, and motocross rading also.

Been riding a little longer today, the temp is still high, its takes up to 15 minutes riding its around 80 c. all time
even if i drive in 50 km/h for a while its will not go under 75c.
I think i will try and remove the thermostat and see.

I'm guessing you mean temp sensor, as opposed to a thermostat restricting coolant flow until the bike is Warm?

It is worth getting the piston top lined up with the bottom of thr ports, then getting compression ratio adjusted and squish closed up. Will run cleaner and cooler and much faster.

With regards to heat now. Stupid things like blast the coolant hoses through with a hose, is air actually getting through the radiators?

No. The newer bikes have a thermostat. At least my 15 model has it. part 21 in the picture.

I dont think it is air in the system, i removed the thermostat today, and didnt
notice any colder. i think perfekt temp is 55-70 degrees on a two stroke.
I put some bars leak, in the winter because the radiotor was leaking, maybe some channel in the radiator or something is stop?
didnt have any problems at all in the winter its just now when its 15 c outside.

if the temp is round 90c and i drive in 60-70 km/h it takes up to 2 minutes to go down to 70-75, on the yamaha wr 450 when it was warm just under one minute.

Mine runs about, not quite, as hot as yours. I'm to the point where I think the only solution is a sensor and fan setup, or just live with the reduced performance and longevity.

Uh oh, so you used something like rad-weld? That really may be the problem, best fix for a radiator is drain - degrease - then apply suitable epoxy resin.

Drain your coolant system and give it a damn good flush!
