The stop leak concerns me as well. What flavor of stop leak did you use and how much did you use?

I used half bottle of bars leak, it works great.
I have taking radiators apart and flushed everything, with no improvment.
Is the normal temperature 55-70 c?
my normal temp is 75-80

my normal temp is 75-80
Anything below 110* C is "safe," but not advisable to run for any length of time. I would say that anything below 95* C is perfectly fine, as long as your cap doesn't vent prematurely. I believe 1.8 bar is the safest pressure cap you can run, definitely better compared to the 1.2 bar stock rad cap.

oki thanks for answer.
today i come up to 112 c. I have to buy a fan now.
I like to drive slow tough riding, so i think what ever machine i have it will go warm.
