JD blue needle jetting advice AS1 carb
I have on loan to me a JD blue needle I want to try in my 00' 250 AS1 carb @ 700' elevation. I've searched but haven't come up with what jets would be a good starting point. I'm thinking 178 or 180 with a 48 pilot. Does this sound about right? Thanks!

Jd recomends 40 pilot blue needle clip three 180 main as starting point. 38mm carb. On my 12 250 I'm at 45 pilot blue needle clip 2 180 main. 38mm AS1. Still testing but close.
