Marzocchi Fork Cap
I'm new to these forks. There's an insert on the underside of the fork cap that the spring seats up into. Questions:
1) The lip of the insert seems to cover up any area for the bleed hole to breathe. I also noticed that thers' a small notch in one spot on the insert along its perimeter. Is that supposed to line up to anything? The bleed hole? 2) If so, how on earth is that alignment done if the insert is sliding around under the cap as you tighten it down to the rod? |

It bleeds fine, just open the bleeder screw and compress the fork and you will see.

It does bleed just fine. I have quick bleeders on mine and there is no issue with the pressure being released. : )

My bad. I overthought it. You're exactly right.
