I am 210lb's and run a similar setup to Speedy's 5.6 rear but only one .45 @ 0 preload and one stock .40@ 2 mm prerload in the front, which makes for an aggregate rate # of approx .43 this in conjunction of a oil leval @110 mm.= firm but compliant.

Interesting. I think I might just wait till I can afford the re-vlave too because it sounds like I am going to need it with the springs. I can always losse more weight too.
