new 2013 gas gas xc300e set-up info needed

I just purchased a new leftover 2013 xc300e. Just read thru the online manual for the bike and had a few questions.
Suggested premix ratio is 50:1. Any break in mixture required?
Spark plug is NGK BR8EG resistor plug I suppose?
What gear box oil to use?
My bike came with an AJP hydraulic clutch. Thought they came with magura.Handlebars on bike appear to be a gas gas renthal fatbar copy.
What handguard mounts work? Renthal fatbar mounts? or something else?
Also installing the usual body armor skid plate, radiator guards.
Although the stock plastic skid plate looks good.
What do you recommend for a replacement battery?
I live in New Jersey (east coast) lots of single track.
I believe I am at sea level. Jetting changes?
