Default Keihin PWK 2009 float level

hi
somebody can tell me - what level?
16mm is too much
design of the carburetor may have changed?

http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1427
I used this guide
with the level of 16mm - internal spring bumper is compressed even without fuel

Design of PWK air Stryker has been the same. 16mm should work fine, if not, my first thought is that your floats are twisted. Remove the assembly and verify that the floats are square. Its VERY flimsy and easily bent.

design of the float does not allow them to twist.
that's how they look
set 11mm - no longer allows the lower cover
thank you)

Wow, an all plastic assembly, never saw that one in an old Air Stryker before, which is what i thought you had. Do you have the original AS with the screw on cap, or the new one with the two screws? If new carb that explains it, 16mm does not apply. Basically what you should still want is for the float to be level or parellel with the bowl mount surface when the needle just closes and does not compress the spting, as when the carb is held at a 45 deg angle. Whatever dimmension this ends up being should be close.
