Default Feeling the fork top out (kyb sss)

Have done the front end swap and got new springs and valving changed by local suspension tuner. I have never ridden on these forks before they went to the tuner but when the fork tops out I can feel it. Its not a clunk but feel the fork reach the end of its travel. Any thoughts?

Triple clamp stem bearings may be loose.

They don't feel loose when I hold the bottom of the forks and move back/forward to feel for movement, but I had planned to take forks out and recheck everything anyway.

Mine make a clunking noise when I return to ground after full extension (wheelie) I have read it has something to do with not being bled properly. I did just realize that my wheel spacers were not made properly and did not allow the right fork to float on the axle so I have been riding a while with missalligned forks

It turned out to be the rebound valving is too soft. wound clickers to 2 clicks out and its pretty well gone. Have spoke to the tuner that just revalved it and they are going to sort it out.
