Default 2009 ec300r spring rates

Hi, can anyone tell me what spring rates I should be using on my 2009 ec 300r racing, It has 48mm sachs fork and ohlins rear. The shock is the standard rate 5.3, Im looking at a 5.8 second hand but not sure if it would be to stiff. Im around 97kg bare, any thoughts greatly appreciated thanks.

Not a bad idea to call a few local suspension shops (if you'll be ordering from them anyway).

I'm running .46 and 5.6 rates on mine and weigh in at 75ish nude, probably closer to 95 fullly geared inc tools and fluids.
