Default Headlight power issue

My headlight work only on very high rpm, work about 4 seconds, and die. My speedometer have the same issue,I got light only 1-2 seconds and die,but the no problem with info from spedoo.
Water in ignition case can be the problem?

Yes, but other things can be the problem too. You've got to look for poor connections and corroded wires. If your light bulbs burn out, then the voltage regulator could be bad. You also need to be sure all ground connections are good.

So after an hour of checking all connections,no problem found. The problem can be only from alternator/ignition place because no electric impulse coming from this yellow cable.

That looks to be the stator output wires in your photo. If there is no AC voltage measuring between the yellow wire and engine/chassis ground, then it is likely the stator is bad.

Yap,that is for shore. But no stress,I find a guy ho can repair it with 30$. For advence the timing ignition, how need to rotate the stator,to the left or to the right? 1.5mm seams to be the good timing measure.

rotate the stator opposite direction of flywheel rotation to advance the timing.
