Default Suspension advice

Hi all, I've just had my suspension revalved, haven't fitted it back onto my bike yet.

I weigh 95kg, and currently have 0.45 springs up front and 5.0 in the rear (I'll update my Sig soon!). The tuner recommended me 5.0 up front in which I have a spare pair, but people seem to be riding closer to what I have fitted (racetech recommended) for my weight range.

So, what do you ride, what have you got fitted, and how does it feel?

Cheers!!!

Its only one variable in the setup, but I'd go with what the tuner recommends.

I'm 75kgs plus gear (easily add 15kg+).
2010 chassis on Ohlins TTX both ends ran .45kg/mm and 5.4 to 5.6kg/mm depending on preload and purpose.
2013 I'm running .45kg/mm (1x.46kg/mm and 1x.44kg/mm), 22Nm ICS on KYB SSS and a Cannon RC 5.4kg/mm rear spring.

I'm probably a touch over sprung but love the bottoming resistance I get through it, while less preload allows it to be a little softer initially. Can be a bit firm when hitting things already part way through the stroke, but I really like a firm sharp setup that gives some feedback and doesn't wallow or mush when you're getting into it.

I followed his recommendation, and damn, this thing is lovely. I can now understand when people say "spend the money on the suspension not the engine", absolutely incredible, and there was me thinking I had it close!!
