Default My Triumph Street Triple 675

After going to a Triumph dealer, i was interested in buying a Street Triple. Then 1 month later i went to look for a second hand one and test rode it. After the test ride i was 100% sure i wanted one. I had never ridden a road bike with such a fantastic engine, handling and brakes; all combined with a low weight and low seat height. I thought it over for 2 weeks but then i got the message that the bike was sold. So 2 days later i went looking for another one and i found another bike. This time a green one instead of that black one i test drove before. I bought it 2 weeks later and now i'm the pride owner of a Triumph Street Triple .

Nice bike isn't it?

Nice bike! I always liked the Speed Triple and went to the dealer with the intention of buying one but got a Hyper instead. Insurance for me on the S3 was double that of the Ducati! That and the deal made it hard to pass up.

Ditch the catalyst cans for Arrows, remap, and have fun! Do you still have to get the "R" model for the better fork?

Sweet looking "death machine"!

I love the Speed Triple and the Monster. 2 of the best looking bikes out there. I rode a sweet Monster last year, but I am not a street guy and it scared the crap out of me.

Thanks for the comments. In the future i will probably go for another exhaust system altough the sound stock is far from bad. The suspension is ok for me except when i'm riding two up the rear shock gets suppressed with more than 7 cm which makes a hard ride on the bumpy belgian roads. I will probably change the rear shock and put some thicker oil in the forks and that will probably sort out everything. But first i have to save some money...

Sweet looking bikes. Congrats. I was looking at a white one a year or so ago and almost took it home. They feel like they were made for me. My 04 Aprilia RSV 1000 Factory; not so much. I guess I'm getting old LOL. Anyway Enjoy!

Hypermotard is a dirt bike guy's street bike, very natural. With the gel seat I can do a 400 mile day without a problem, just a lot of gas stops! The upright position keeps you somewhat honest on the highway, but not on the backroads! A favorite ride is from my house in north NJ to Lake Placid village in the ADK mountains of NY, with no highway! That said it will be for sale this spring unless gas is $5/gal, then commuting in a 5.7L Tundra gets expensive.

Nice Trumpet, I have a 2005 995i Daytona jet black with an undertail exhaust. I dont ride it much because of past injuries coming back to haunt me, but I can't bear to part with it. I rode a 1999 Sprint 955i for a while, loved it too!

I'll see if I can dig up a pic. of the Daytona, here is the Sprint after my custom paint job.

Sweet Triple.

I have a '98 T595 in the gold, in the garage for those dry summer evenings!
