Default 2001 300 ec Rear Axle Nut

Cheers!

01 gas gas 300 ec. My rear axle nut came loose and fell off somewhere on the trail my last ride. Luckily no damage happened.

I am having a hard time sourcing a new one. Anyone know any crossover part numbers or the nut size?

Thank you

didn't really check, but my guess would be M20x1.5.
What diameter is your axle?

If you cannot find out, I can measure over the weekend
I only have newer axles to measure, but I think they are equal

Is your axle mounted the correct way? The nut should be on the disc side .If the axle is mounted the wrong way ,the nut can be loosened when struck by a rock or other trail object

[QUOTE=ditezz;200590]Ahhh....It is a self locking nut .That would explain it being on the sprocket side ,I would still put it on the disc side ...anyway Part # BE25618023 Self Locking nut r640700
