Default brake pedal spring?

can someone please tell me where to mount the spring on the frame its really bugging me..07 ec 300

seriously someone must have done it before. .I feel embarrassed asking but I have to figure it out..it must be fairly obvious? ? if anyone could take a picture of there's even better

On my 2002 (I don't know if it's similar to the 2007) there is a gusset between the vertical spar and the lower cradle. The top end of the spring simply hung on the air gap on the gusset. Take a picture of the RH foot peg and post it up. I'll see if I can ID the spot that I am talking about.

On the the frame where the swingarm bolt goes through, on the round tube.
There's a hole for the spring to hook into.

thats what I was thinking. ..but couldn't find a hole ..ill post pics this evening
