Default jetting help needed please

Hi gents my bike for while has had a low end burble in tight enduro tracks but it takes a couple of gears to clear out, I've noticed loads of spooge to.
is fine on the road or mx tracks but if i cruse its burbles

my jetting is

needle is N1EF clip 3 I've moved it to pos 2 its cleaned it up a bit 60% but does not have the hit from the power band as before (pos 3)
slide 6
s/jet 38
m/jet 138
a\s 1 1/2 turns
fmf fatty with power core tail pipe no engine mods
based in the uk sea level gig or take a few hundred meters
what ya think should i put a smaller sj in or bigger main and leave it in clip pos 2
any ufo would be grateful thanks grant
