Default trusty PV adjustable cover

Hey

Does anyone has an english installation manual ? mine came with a French one.

Post up pictures?? Does it have an exploded diagram??

Google translater works too but might be a pain to type it in in french. Haha! Maybe email them?

Yup, i emailed them - they seem to be a subsidiary of GasGas France
I'm waiting for their reply, till then, as you said, probably i'll try to google translate it

I do not have the manual, but I can explain to you how to install it.
You need to remove the first bearing of the PV drum, and cut a notch in the axle with a hacksaw or a dremel that the spring from the cover can fit into.
the rest is just putting it together.. I have pics. on how to install. But can't post that many pics. here.

thanks, i managed after all
i did not have to cut the original axel, because it came with a replacement one (already cut), installation was pretty simple after i understood how everything is working

it was 280Euro, i'll have a ride report after the weekend

glad to hear you found it out, hope you are going to like it.
I really like my cover and how easy it is to adjust the power(it also makes the orange sheeps shut up about their colored springs )
But i'm not sure how much I would have liked it with a 280Euro price tag

) i know that the price is a little high, but i could not find any any cheaper in Europe, and after everything i read about it i MUST of tried it )

I'm going to make some technical stuff in the weekend, i'll see if the difference is really notable
