I'm not a dealer. Just trying to get some perks for forum members.

Do you mind if I add "group buy" to your original post heading?

Not at all mate. See if you can get any interest. I've been in touch with a few sources regarding these pipes. I need to confirm if they are producing pipes for the 2012 models. To be honest so far the best price I've got has come directly from Italy. All prior to shipping though.

Thanks guys!

This is fortuitous: I bashed my stock pipe up in MOAB this past week from a colorful crash on the Enduro Loop just short of the Big Drop Switchbacks.
I picked up the bike and looked at my very bruised and scraped up forearm and said to my brother, "dude, look at my arm."
And my brother said, "dude, forget your arm, look at your pipe!"

Note to self: when ordering pipe, order new elbow pads with forearm protection....

Sorry to hijack...

desertgasser,

The temps were a little warm (mid to upper 80's) the first part of the week.
Cooler on Thurs. and Fri. It was in the 60's Sat. So, absolutely perfect by the end of the week.

So has anyone pulled the trigger on one of these bad boys yet?? I decided it was all too much effort (and too much postage to get one to aus) to replace a pipe thats not yet due. I'd consider down the track, but be even better if someone would give a review on it first. Cheers

I sent an e-mail to Dan at Athena USA. Haven't heard back yet.
I'll definitely be buying one at the group buy price if its available.
My reasoning is this:
-The stocker at $500+ is WAY to much $.
-I would just get an FMF Gnarly, but for $120 extra, I get a pipe that is as tough (maybe tougher?) and certainly more tucked away (from what I read here). If it lasts longer than the more exposed Gnarly, then I'll be money ahead.

If I can get the Arrow, I'll certainly report back on the install, power delivery, and my overall impressions of the pipe.
