Gas Gas Quads: Which one?

Hello,
Need help:
I am 15yrs, 5.6 (171 sm) feet, 134(62 kilo) pounds;No riding expirience
I am choosing between
1) WILD H.P. 240 c.c.
2) Wild HP 200(or 250) Cross http://www.gasgas.com/quad200.htm
3) WILD H.P. 300 c.c.
Which one?
