Yes guys the winding is damaged ,i know that ,because the bike haven't spark .Today I solved the first problem -welded the broken piece .Tomorrow I'll send the stator for new windings .The ktm stator 2k3 kokusan is crossover part with gas gas ,but i just wanna save some money .And i have one questions ,my stator have resistance like in a manual :impulse coil is 100ohms ,exciter-13,1ohms .Is this possible ,if the winding is damaged ?

If the resistance of the windings are as described in the manual, I would say its OK

I putted a stator and rotor back ,but i haven't spark again .Impulse coil show 100ohms ,exciter 13,1 and ignition coil-13,36k ohms everything looking OK ,Is the cdi dead ?What do you think ?

Now the stator is with new winding ,but still no spark .I'm sure ,that the problem is in pick up coil ,because the bike have spark with my friend's stator . Do you know how is the distance between pick up coil and winding ?Or between pick up coil and the rotor marker.I'll be very thankful !

I solved the problem ,and now have a spark .The air gap between pulse/pick up coil and rotor's marker is under 1mm .
