Clean area. Remove sleeve (can be stuck to countershaft if not greased). Hook out old seal with seal tool or offset screwdriver (careful not to scratch surface in cases. Remove o-ring. Drive in new seal flush and square. Replace o-ring (new). Replace sleeve if grooved. Shim countershaft sprocket to fit snug with circlip in place (to minimize movement and compress o-ring).
