GG 450 Pampera engine rattle

Hi,

Can anyone suggest what is making this rattle sound on low rpm acceleration?

Most notable at 11-12 sec mark in the video.

What is already done:
1. New cam chain with manual tensioner - no change.
2. New cluch
3. Valve clearance checked and adjusted.
4. Carb adjustment to richer and to very rich to test. Sound is the same even at very rich mixture setting.

What should I try next?

My pampera rattles too and it is kind of similar. Happens at very low rpms or on very hard acceleration. But I think the cause of my rattle is either the chain slapping or something to do with the exhaust. Are you sure the noise is coming from the engine? Maybe the spring on the exhaust header is coming into contact with the pipe itself? I had a random spring on there and it was causing some noise aswell.
