All rocks here and a couple of my buddies have had good luck with them. It's pretty neat to see them just put a plug in, reinflate, and keep on riding.

If there are lots of sharp rocks you need to go for a strong sidewall tire (mitas ) to avoid cuts that are v hard to plug

In terms of wearing out the red liner can stretch (after a few years) and/or get damaged by tire irons
The rubber around the valve clamp can get worn (also after a few years) and the inner tube can also get old and pop (it is at 100 psi so advisable to replace once a year just to be safe about $8) but all of these parts are available and reasonably priced and should

Most common Tubliss problem is grabbing the liner with the tire spoon when removing the tire, and damaging it if you do not realize this and stop. This is because the liner tends to stick quite well to the inside surface of the tire even after the inner bladded is deflated, especially when using slime. There are tricks put its still a PIA with some tires. I'm working on a special tool to safely separate the liner from the tire without ruining it. Once the liner is free of the tire it retracts into the drop center far enough and is no problem as long as your tire spoons are clean and free of burrs and nicks. Keep them clean and smooth and you will have no problems.

I really like this system, and will not go back to tubes. Plus, if you have ever talked to Jeff, he is a model for customer service. Mousses are just too $$ and too much work for me.
