Default Gasgas engine and electric swapping????

Ok I was surfing the web and I seen a gg450sm what appears to have a 05/06 engine in a 03/04 frame, I know the wiring is different from 03 to 04 by the coil and fuse box , and o5/06 are the same ? relocated the voltage reg.? The 03 450 is the only one with the big long fuse box and used a Ducati fly wheel, the others are a smaller flywheel and charging system. I also know the o5/06 motors are different in the mounting points up front and top back. So for my under standing the timing and voltage is all the same ! With this being said can I run the 05 engine on a 04 frame with 03 wiring loom?

I have a attached photo of the gasgas 450 I seen on the web with a 03/04 frame with 05/6 engine , this would be nice to know because I?d build the o5 motor up in a heart beat ! Sorry for the lack of edit and flow I?m doing this by phone at work lol!
