Ec250 Cylinder Head Bolts?

Hi im from england and have a 98 gasgas ec250 one of the cylinder head bolts har rattled looses and fallen out (allen key bolt) now there is water streamin out of the hole where the bolt was, does anyone know where i can order one of these bolts and also a sticker kit for the bike? can only seem to find new decal kits for 2002-2009 bikes here in england

Any automotive parts store should have bolts that you can match up.
You should replace the head gasket O-rings also.

Where in england are you? Any supplier of nuts bolts consumables will match you one up. I could list some in east anglia.

I have a 98 ec250. Like you say graphics are not easy to source. GG uk said that they could not supply me the graphics for the year but they could sort out something that would fit.
I found some Graphic kits on Ebay motors (advance search from US only)

There were some from Gofasters i did contact them about shipping to UK but as yet have had no reply.

It may be the same Gofasters as the US Gas Gas web site.

Ok i have now received shipping info from go fasters it will be $20. I am still contacting them about the transaction.

You could put on 2001 plastics and then finding graphics would be easy.

do all the 2001 plastics fit straight on with no mods? if so that would be great

The '01 and newer plastic's wont fit without changing the gas tank, '98 and '99 only

finally got hold of a cylinder head bolt and put it in all is ok no water leaking from there anymore but now if i ride the bike and hit high revs the back wheel locks on as if the cylinde has over heated and nipped the piston? wha could be causing this? the coolent level remains full and after it has cooled down and released the piston it will kick up again?
very frustrating

Maybe ur water pump has failed or thermostat is not opening.

If ur engine has partially seized then u need to take your head off and check the damage to your cylinder and piston.
