I'd like to know more about the black Sprinter. It looks like a self made camper. I have been thinking about changing over to one, from my Westfalia.

We didn't make it all the way to your neck of the woods, but were up in Shelton last weekend for the Ridge - what a frickin' awesome track.

Just give me a heads-up when you want to come down here and we'll hit the woods - need to wait until late September or early October given trail closures

Anyway, my buddy has spent a ton of time getting his camp van sorted. It's not actually a Sprinter, but the Ram 1500 version. He's done an amazing job - was bare bones w/o windows and he's made it into something supremely cool. Solar on top, can haul 3-4 bikes, removable sleeper-sofa, platform bed above the bikes, and all kinds of cool bits here and there (LED lighting, USB chargers in the wall, etc).
