Scott Rocher and I had a long conversation about this today and decided that the best thing to do was to just swap your bike out with a new one. Hopefully I will have a new bike up to Scott next week and he can arrange delivery. Sorry for the issues.

Thanks for dealing with this Clay, I have been in contact with Scott and will get it crated up ASAP. I really hope this is an eye opener for the factory in terms of q.c., this could have been a much more drawn out issue if the person who received this bike didn't know to work with the guys here to help sort it out.

Just wanted to post an update to this thread:

Clay made good and sent a replacement bike, which I have to say, I don't think many other brand's distributors would do. So thank-you Clay. I've only gotten a couple short rides on it, so I'm still working on getting it set up, but definitely a big improvement over the previous one. I will post a new thread when I get a chance with pics and a ride report.
