"race stator and flywheel"

hi all,i have been offered a "race stator and flywheel" for my ec300.it came off a 1999 model and my bike is a 2009,will it fit?also i run stop/ tail/main beam only on my lights,would it still power them ok?what are the advantages,i understand that the bike will rev up a lot quicker,but would a jetting change be necc?thanks in advance

after much searchin on here ive found that the item in question is a 2k2 stator and flywheel,not a "race" flywheel kit as i was told,typical robbin ebayer.sorry for my ignorance......
