InnTeck makes suitable bushings. I have used them in my PFP 48 fork.

I'm getting ready to do mine so I would like to make sure I'm ordering the correct ones.

Confirmed correct parts. I dug through my emails from last year when I rebuilt my Zokes.
I also used SKF seals #KITG-48M (seal and wiper kit)
And in case you need the tools to do the job:
-Motion Pro Fork Compression Valve Removal Tool - 08-0373
-Motion Pro 49mm Dual Chamber Fork Cap Wrench - 08-0429
-Motion Pro Ringer Fork Seal Driver 48mm

Hi, after some research i came to the conclussion that the material for a KYB fork will do so i will order this all balls kits:
https://www.allballsracing.com/38-6068.html
https://www.allballsracing.com/55-132.html

i selected on their website the parts for a 2013 YZ250, also i put those kits on mine EC 300 2018 KYB. The suspension became very plush after the rebuild, love it. also i put less 25cl less oil.

Edit: i dont have access to innteck components in Portugal.

For KYB's, yes. We're talking about Marzocchi PFP 48mm forks.

The KYB allballs kit will fit the Marzocchi 48, bushings and oil seals, i checked this website description that is bushings for a Marzocchi 48:
https://www.extracross.com/Suspensio...ml?language=en
https://www.extracross.com/Suspensio...nner-tube.html

I checked out the measures they give in the description and they are the same measures as the ones that cames in allballs kit.

I had remembered someone saying the bushings do crossover to I thought a Showa fork but can't find the info now.

You have listed one KYB part and one Showa part. You're saying both come in a KYB kit? I know the KYB seals fit as I have them in my Zoke 48's but neither KYB nor Showa dust seals fit that I could find.

Please elaborate a bit more as it would sure make getting parts easier!

Hi, the bushings for a KYB will fit a marzocchi 48:
https://www.extracross.com/Suspensio...ml?language=en
https://www.extracross.com/Suspensio...nner-tube.html

This bushing sizes are the same as the ones that came in my allballs kit for a KYB forck, the oil seal is the same also, as for the dust cover i don't know because we are keeping the old one. but i can check that for you.

Cheers.
