Default Spring dimensions KYB 18/19

Can anyone confirm the correct spring dimensions for the 18/19 KYB suspension?

There are 12 different springs available for the Gasgas 300 EC 18/19. If you ask for dimensions what do you exactly mean. Wire thickness, diameters. lengths?

I can give you the above mentioned dimensions for every KYB spring available. I need toknow which springs you run (N/mm). Or, if you PM me your e-mail I can send you the KYB parts catalogue 2019 and you can look at all the dimensions there.

Or maybe this can help: https://www.teknikmotorsport.com/com...as/ec300/2018/

The standard springs are front: 4.2N/mm rear: 52N/mm (source: 2019 EC 300 owners manual )

I?ve got a stick spring at home I can measure too. I used a spring from a WR450 in mine. Same dimensions except for the length, it was 10mm shorter, but easily taken up by the preload collars.

In case anyone is searching for this info., I just measured mine at 43mm x 454 mm.

I had called Cannon Racecraft and their book said 470mm long (that's not right).

I believe these GG springs are the same dimensions as the YZ 250.

FYI,

Jeff

BTW, Doc mentioned spring rates above. If you're a bit new to suspension like me, recognize that there are two units of measurement used - and a conversion calculation needs to be done.

For instance, the GG Manual states 4.2N/mm front, 52N/mm rear as Doc correctly indicates. But that is NOT Kg/mm, which is another common measurement. I purchase a 5.4Kg shock spring, but the stock 52N/mm = 5.3Kg/mm. So I didn't really increase the spring rate by much. Lesson learned!
