Oil change time-which viscosity=fork/shock

Time for fresh oil,any suggestions on viscosity for zokes and ohlins?I remember reading here about the importance of 7.5 weight in the forks,what about the shock?And whats the recommended nitrogen pressure for the ohlins?THANK you.Oh yeah, 05 DE300-singletrack,midwest enduros.

I've used "Golden Spectro" "Shock Fluid" "Ultra Light" in my shock the last two oil changes and it works fine. The Ohlins oil is a bit more viscous, but I can't tell any difference when riding my 300. I don't know what Ohlins recommends for pressure so I stick 160 PSI in the shock.

I've put 5wt oils of various brands in my friends' Husky and GG 'Zokes. Here again, we can't tell any difference in ride with slightly lighter oils.

From what we have seen, if you have Öhlins suspension, then you should use the recommended Öhlins suspension fluids front & rear. This oil's best property is its longevity. It last a long time. All oils are the same right? Wrong. There is a difference. Other oils may cost less or are more convenient but typically they cause problems such as fade & excessive parts wear. The oil burns up! It’s best to use the fluid that was used during the testing & development of the product. Do it once correctly & you wont have to worry about it.

Where can a person get Ohlins oil? And is it what's used in the Marzochi forks from the factory?
