Not the one at the cylinder, I mean the mechanism which moves the PV

Have you tried another CDI and ignition?

I checked the governor twice. I sold the 125. I decided not to give upbon it but i found a cheap 250 2001 for her to ride. Sorry to say we will never know what was wrong. Thanks for all help
