Scroll to the bottom for parts fiche and oil levels. I see manuals for sale on e-bay.

Full name for the fork is marzocchi 45mm magnum - might help you on a google search, etc.

I have a 20 page .pdf file for the 45 / 50 Magnum forks.
PM me an e-mail address and I will forward it to you.
I sent this file to Jeff (webmaster) a year or two ago to put in the
files section. So far he has not posted it.

Cheers.

Default Marzocchi Magnum 45mm bushings sourced

Bit of an update about 9 months later (slowly getting there !)

Fork seals are same as 1996 KTMs which also used the Magnum 45mm forks (but see below)

Fork bushings for 99 and 2000 EC models, thats the teflon coated ones, are available from GasGas motos in the UK -

part number BE25714134 "Botella" (The bush in the bottom part of the fork)

part number BE25714134 "Barra" (The bush in the upper part of the fork thats bolted into your triple clamps or "yokes") [Yokes is a UK only word I think]

I don't know what the "Italian ?" words mean, inner and outer I guess.

I checked out the 2000 model parts list and these bushings are the same for '99 and '00 bikes. My forks are from a 99 Gas Gas EC 200 (but forks fitted to an 02 EC 300).

Just trying to sort some new fork springs and we're ready to go

FWIW - By mistake I bought the Innteck bushings part numbers SKTE45M and SKTI45M but these don't fit, are for earlier model Marzocchis such as a 1996 KTM 250/300/360 SX

Worth tracking these parts down as these forks are really good when set up right IMHO

Default Marzocchi Magnum 45mm forks

OK sad bloke replying to his own post again but its taken hours tracking down parts etc and thought I'd share this so others can save time.

Gas Gas don't have the fork springs in stock. Much googling etc later I came across Eibach springs. The Eibach 979 series is apparently the correct spring but they don't do that any more. Their supplier and I talked about the sizes etc and it turns out that the Eibach 988 series is just about the same size, so I'm trying those.
Original spring size is approx 470mm long x 38mm diameter (18.5" x 1.5")
HTH and good luck I got there in the end.

Call www.cannonracecraft.com. They will make any springs you want. You will need ID, OD and length in mm of the existing coils. Also You’ll have to tell them the weight of of spring you want.

They are reasonably priced especially for a custom spring.

I’ve used them a couple times and have been happy
