Smile fse's separate from the 2t's

Is it possible somehow to separate the 4t's from the 2t's when it comes to the many many questions we fse guy's have? That was the reason I tried and quit reading smackover after a while. Everything was geared for the 2t rider's. And I would think that alot of the 2t guy's would appreciate it too. I think u would bring a lot more fse people into the fold and hopefully with good experience. I've already come across a few of them today that are already here. Thanks Jeff. Bob

The 4 stroke traffic really seems to be picking up.... Don't want anyone to be left out. Since the bikes share many of the components - will splitting the engine section into a 4 stroke and 2 stroke engine sections meet your needs?

thanks,
jeff

Hi Jeff. Maybe I spoke too soon. U brought up a real good point about both bikes sharing alot of the same components. We can really use their help and years of experience there. Matter of fact if they don't mind talking 4t, most of them probly are great at working on them anyway.
I'm gonna let u the expert decide this one. Just want to make it easy to search and browse conveniently. Thanks Bob

If we do seperate the forums, I would recommend additional category headings rather then sub-forums under Engine.

For example,
Engine - 2 Stroke
Engine - 4 Stroke
Intake/Carburation - 2 Stroke
EFI - 4 Stroke

All other forums are common between bikes so only engine and carburation would need modified.

Bob & Matt -
So I changed the names on the existing engine and intake/carb forums to indicate that they focus on 2 stroke issues. I wasn't sure the EFI would have enough traffic to justify it's own forum - ya know the benefit of it is no jetting! I added a new forum 4 stroke engine (including efi and exhaust). If it turns out I am wrong - we can add it later.

Bob (flybars) -
I hope this meets your needs and it gives you that place you can "call your own". It will make it easier for a fse/fsr owner to come on to the site to browse & search etc. If you need anything else - please feel free to ask.
