Default EC 300 signals help

Hi All,
I have an 2013 EC300 that I am in the process of adding street parts in order to be able to legally ride the back roads where I live. I was able to source GG parts for a 2012 from another member and we worked off the factory schematic for a bike that came with signals, horn etc. The install went pretty well with the expception of the signals. They light up for left and right correctly but they do not blink. They are not dim or flickering so it doesn't appear to be a connection issue. The parts I started with were unused so I'd be a bit surprised if the flasher is bad but anything is possible.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Thanks, I'll have to check. I didn't expect OEM to be LED but maybe? I did some digging and it sounds like the issue may be the parts came from a non estart bike? AC vs. DC issue. Not sure. Everything else working well so i think i'm close to having a legal bike.

as a follow-up the issue was the flasher relay being AC when I needed DC. Easy switch and only the wires needed to be moved around in the block the relay plugs into to match the order of the terminals on the DC relay. Now everything is working, bike is plated and I can get some seat time when I can't make it to the trails.
