Default Tiny ball bearings found in oil change

Hey y?all,

I bought a leftover 2021 mr300 a year ago that now has over 180 hours. It has been a wonderful bike but I found something concerning yesterday. I pulled my magnetic oil drain plug and found a few ball bearings and a cage and attached to it. Bike has been running fine, no weird sounds, plenty of power (not that I ever use it) , no overheating and it shifts well so I can?t imagine where to start looking for this. Cage is 10mm OD and the balls are 1mm in diameter

Any ideas?

How did you find the cage?

Anyway, the only small caged bearings I recall are for the water pump and the powervalve governor. I'm sure it's one of the two.

It was stuck to the magnetic drain plug!
I found a post from 2011 that describes similar sized bearings but they never found an answer

Well, you are going to have to pull the inner clutch cover to find out.
