Default Stator cover

Cleaning my bike, I noticed a large scrape on the left "wing" of the skid plate. Looking closer I see that also the composite stator cover is wrinkled. So when it hit a rock I suppose, it hit so hard that it pushed in the edge of the stator cover.
So it got me thinking.. I wonder if anyone has bent the crankshaft from taking a hit to the flywheel. Seems possible. I would imagine its a rare occurrence.

If you hit something hard enough to bend the flywheel or crank, you'd notice right away from the increased engine vibration. I could see someone doing this, but it would take quite a whack.
