I'm having the same issue with my Marzocchis, the bushing is almost dead rvangeel, please give feedback if the Sachs CC bushes fit?

I have contacted Richard Wilson, he has one used cartridge with good bushing that he is going to sell me. I only need the one bushing anyways. I contacted Zip Ty racing also, they seemed liked they would be able to get a set. The guy I talked to had to ask Ty, but he was not there that day.

the 35 mm marzocchi shiver used on ktm 65 fork uses a inner bush 35 od 15 iong 1mm thick

is the size of the bushing and fork parts 36 od 34 id 15 long 1mm in thickness , did the non adjustable ppf cc 48 use the same bushing

Here is some more info regarding the sizes and a video showing how the 0.1mm larger diameter does not fit inside the cartridge.

Just to be clear, the racetech bushings do not fit. I have found a used bushing that is in good condition and will install it when it arrives next week.

102mm long
26mm OD
19mm ID
3.6mm wire dia

The springs on these cartridges (the forks have enduro engineering stickers on them) seem to have been apart before so I don’t know if these are stock springs. There is a part number on them... 341620 on one coil and then a 14 on the next coil.
