Default lowering link help please

I recently installed 124mm links on my 2011 300 Six Days (thanks jhendr)
Weird thing is my free length went from 597mm to 592mm. Only 5mm?
My static sag went from 33mm to 36mm. I haven't been able to check race sag yet but the preload is set at about 10mm.
I was thinking my free length would have changed more. Any thoughts?
