Linkage issues?

Hi lads, so i done the linkage and swing arm bearings on my 00 ec200, everything went smooth but as soon as i sat on the bike i noticed there was something wrong, the first 2-3inches of travel feels normal but then it just stop as if there's something jammed in the linkage, i cant see anything wrong and nothing seems to be touching! anybody have any ideas? im stumped!

Start undoing bolts again and going through the pivot points. I'm guessing on one the washer/spacer will have slightly fallen off the bushing and will be binding as it rotates through. Undo one at a time and test if the rest moves through its range of motion. You should be able to isolate the culpret in no time.
