No, I don't. Sorry about that. I was using a friends propane torch which was taking too long, so I decided to wait till I had access to my oxy-acetylene torch. Meanwhile I found the new pipe shown in my post.

I pulled the old girl out into the light. Even with old a$$ gas, she fired up on kick number 6. After warming her up, I let her sing for the neighbors I removed all the body work and am moving ahead with a thorough "checkup". Might even swap out the 2k2 for my spare 2k3, for more stator output. This bike would be my '01 SE300. I have an '03 EC250, but the '01 has sat in a corner for way too long. The '03 is due for another piston(or more). The YZ needs suspension work. The '01 needs some love...and getting it now

I messed up my 300` right side crank-oil seal machined edge, from an advice from a veteran and without using my bloody brain, if Ive ever had one.

Default Lost a pound or 3

Quick way to shed poundage! The box that the battery came in, weighs more than the battery itself.

FYI...the stock battery weighs 4lb, 10 oz.

The WPS Featherweight replacement battery...1lb, 2 oz

Rod, what is the foam for? Did you delete the under fender?

I see. Ive removed my under fender and have foam in the same spot. But I don't think I had much of problem before that. But I live in Utah where it's not very muddy. That's a good idea though. Thanks!

Today I spent 3 hours with children and grandchildren and a lot of friends at a frozen lake where the mx club from the neighbor city invited to weekend practice on the ice. About 20 bikes (my son and myself on GG 200). All in all a very fun and lovely way to spend a saturday. I must say; the more I ride the 15 200, the better I like its chassis. As I see it, its a good step forward from the 06.
