2004 EC300 Chain Guide
I'm looking online for aftermarket options.
My guide on the swing arm has a single bolt mounting point. The bracket that the TM Design works guide (or a Moose guide for that matter) has 2 mounting holes. I'm confused and need pictures! LoL.

I think that is the same part gg has for the 2011 onwards bikes - the ones that came with the plastic chain guide

I went ahead and popped for the full kit. Chain Guide, adapter, Swing arm slider and replacement roller (upper?) $175 shipped. Went with black:
