Default Dunlop AT81 rear

Tyre opinions are like backsides, we've all got one, but I feel that this is an amazing tyre for Australia, at least.

Incredible traction in changing super flogged out race conditions at Stroud, bull dust, sandstone, basalt rocks, grass track, you name it.

Not much mud, just the g outs at the bottom of creeks, but again no change, just lots of drive.

Flowing creek with 100m rock garden? Perfect, no spin up at all.

Cannot believe the lack of wear, no chuncks, looks like I've lightly sanded the front and rear edges. Team mate had a brand new starcross 5 medium Michelin and had good grip but had way more wear and chuncking on about 25 percent of knobs

Great braking, easily modulated.

Best rear tyre I've used so far, but the real test will be red clay.

Can't wait to try try them out simmo,I've got a few mates that love them.
Just need to use up 4 more mx52's I've got.
Off topic, what's dunlops equivalent front tyre to michy's m12 front?
I need something that won't throw side knobs and find the michy's hard to find.

In our neck of the woods that is hands down one of the worst tires (tyres) ever made. Braking is nonexistent and side bite/cornering is sketchy at best. Straight line traction is ok

Very true. Lately I have been on a Kenda kick. Currently running the super cheap, wears like iron Trakmaster. It truly is a great tire for the money.

Jay at smw likes the Dunlop front m3s, I used the starcross 5 soft 90/100 and no chunks, same grip level as metzeler 6days soft but much nicer ride.

The AT81 rear my friends swear by. The front not so much.

I'm sticking with my oldschool MT16 rear for now. And my Bridgestone M59 front.
