Default 2013 xc250r-e

We have a 2013 XC250R-E on the floor that I would really like to find a new home for. Personally I like the 250 type power delivery over the 300 but evidently no one else arround this area does. I can set this bike up however you like it. I am a small guy[just under 150#'s] so it feels like I'm in control of the 250 where the 300 feels like its taking me for a ride. Ha!
I would also consider setting this bike up as a 250 with a S3 300cc top end, if that would interest anyone.
Well give me a call or message me and lets deal. Thanks! Ross

PS. All new bikes sold come with
a guided ride of the Black Hills!

On the thought of putting an S3 head mod on a 2013 250......just how much difference is it in the mapping from the 250 to the 300? I've heard of fellas putting the 250 S3 mod on the 300 but no info on the scenario you mentioned. Curious..... I have a 250 and was thinking about it.

As far as I know, putting a S3 head and cylinder on a 250 shouldn't be any different than putting one on a stock 300. I believe all other components are the same. I've only been a dealer for a couple of years but have gotten to know these bikes fairly well. We are a small shop, so if you need to talk to a sales person or a parts guy or a mechanic you will get me. Ha! But if you ask for the boss you will probably get my wife!

Does she know thats a woods ride on a dirt bike through the Black Hills? My wife thought I better clarify that. See she really is the boss.

She has a GG 250f and unless it is really gnarly single track she isn't half bad. Though she has a few more months before she is cleared from the ACL/Miniscus rehab.

In all seriousness the wife is looking at places to ride the side by side and hit the badlands and perhaps Mount Rushmore if we can swing it. Of course there has to be a place where there is single track and side by side close by.

What are the temps like at the end of July?

We have alot more atv & utv trails than single track, but we are slowly getting more single track. The end of July is fairly hot and dry arround here as a general rule. Usually by then I try to ride in the early morning so a guy can have a decent ride in by noon or so. The badlands are even hotter by then. We have a riding area called Farmingdale or railroad buttes that is pretty good riding. But again I would plan on early morning rides. All of our legal trails in the Hills are pretty decent. I would say that an average c type rider could ride most of the trails with no problem. Let me know if you need any other info. Thanks!
