Default 01 xc250 rear ohlins spring rate

I weigh 250 pounds and have purchased .50 kilogram springs for my wp 43 forks. rear spring for prope rear spring for proper sag?

Anyone at the same level of weight with springs on their bike in the .50 and 5.8 rate range?

Do I need to adjust my rebound stack to make it firmer so that the springs do not over power the rebound circuit?

5.8 6.0 shock sprin that they would sel that would fit my 2001ohlins?
