Will a 2012 seat foam fit my 2002 seat pan

I doubt it. I would think anything from 2011 back would fit. But wait for proper confirmation or check the part numbers or have a look at part numbers on aftermarket sites like guts seats

See if you can find any local shops that build motorcycle seats. It'll be way cheaper than most other options and its nearly always very high quality work.

My neighbour could do it if you want to ship your seat to Canada and back

Their foam is top notch so is Seat Concepts. These two are more pricey than the rest but well worth the money if you sit down much.
