Those are great pics. I think from the standpoint of handling, DH is the best crossover training. As Roostafish pointed out all physical training applies. My bike won't handle huge drops, But I've punished it with 5 footers. My forks are getting rebuilt after this year. I ride my MTBs quite a bit, mostly just so I can hit trails. I don't hurt quite as bad if my Specialized Enduro lands on me, unlike the Gasser.
