Default water pump seal

going to replace my water pump seal either later today or tomorrow.
any tips or tricks i should know about? or is it pretty straight forward?? How difficult is it to actually get the seal out??

No Tick. Pretty easy, well at least compered to a KDX. Small piece of bent wire did the trick for me. However, good luck getting that damn impeller off!
